We are delighted to announce the appointment of Louise Devonshire‑Mander as Sharnbrook Mill Theatre’s new Community Arts Facilitator.
This new role has been created to strengthen communication across the theatre, support the smooth running of activities and events, and help ensure that our various teams, volunteers, and creative groups are well connected in their work.
Louise joins us following a robust and comprehensive recruitment process, which was advertised across our social media channels, the Mill website, and our newsletter. We received strong interest from applicants, and Louise was appointed after a thorough and competitive selection.
Over the coming weeks, Louise will be getting to know the many groups and individuals who contribute to the life of the Mill. She will be working closely with committees, volunteers, and the Trustees to support coordination, improve information flow, and help the theatre operate smoothly day to day.
